The Smart Collections Agent

Optimizing Recovery Strategies with Behavioral Analytics and Predictive AI

Collections is shifting from reactive outreach to proactive engagement. The question isn’t whether AI can help – it’s how to design systems where predictive models and human agents work together to segment borrowers by risk and responsiveness, personalize outreach in real time, and adapt recovery strategies without losing compliance or damaging customer relationships.

This on-demand webinar brings together three practitioners who’ve built AI-driven collections systems at scale and now help institutions move from rule-based workflows to intelligent, adaptive recovery strategies.

Your Benefits

What This Webinar Covers

How do predictive and agentic AI reshape collections?

Not every account needs the same treatment. The webinar examines real examples of how AI segments borrowers by willingness and ability to pay, and how outreach strategies adapt in real time based on behavioral signals.

How do you use behavioral analytics to tailor outreach by risk and responsiveness?

Beyond credit scores and payment history: using interaction patterns, contact preferences, and engagement signals to determine who to reach, when, and how. What works in production and what just adds noise.

Where do human agents and AI collaborate best?

AI handles pattern recognition, next-best-action recommendations, and real-time prioritization, while humans manage negotiation, empathy, and complex cases. The webinar outlines where effective handoffs occur and how to design workflows that improve both RPC (Right-Party Contact) and PTP (Promise to Pay) rates.

What does governance and explainability look like in AI-driven collections?

Regulators care about fairness, transparency, and compliance. The webinar reviews the documentation auditors evaluate, how institutions demonstrate non-discriminatory outcomes, and how explainability is maintained even when models adapt in real time.

Who is this for?

This webinar is designed for leaders who are past "should we use AI in collections?" and focused on "how do we do this right?"

If you’re leading Collections or Recovery Operations and working to lift RPC and PTP rates while maintaining compliance, the webinar highlights practical strategies used by institutions already operating AI-driven collections systems.
If you’re a Risk or Compliance leader balancing innovation with fair lending requirements, the webinar outlines governance frameworks designed to stand up to audit scrutiny.
If you run Contact Centers and are focused on improving agent productivity without increasing burnout risk, the webinar examines architectural patterns for intelligent routing and next-best-action systems.
If you’re leading AI/ML teams and facing challenges moving pilots into production, the webinar shares examples of collections AI initiatives that cleared compliance hurdles and reached live deployment.
